Robert Albert started Impressive Development in 2004 with The Division Street Project, which involved demolition of the existing structure and then constructing a 6000 sf building for another business Rob owned, Impressive Imprints.  The building was put on a weird angle with the front door at an angle to the road, which Rob took a lot of heat from the community for not positioning the building to look right.  A few years later when the second structure went up the community noted that it looks better now.   When Rob’s total vision was completed in 2007 with a third structure creating a cool horseshoe of buildings, people now comment how professional and nice the plaza looks.  With this project complete, Rob’s eyes focused on an abandoned building across the street, at 525 Wheatfield Street, which was the start of the company rehabbing existing buildings. From there it expanded into several other buildings all located in North Tonawanda needing some serious attention.  The building are serviced by a crew of local people that care about improving the community and making great building for local business to thrive in.   Currently they lease over 60,0000 sf of space to over 75 tenants.

Below are some of the renovation projects done, showing the before and after.
